Verifying Your Email

Check that your organization email is verified, and what to do if a verification email doesn't arrive.

Your Organization email is your school's sign-in and billing email. Red Belt Gym asks you to verify it so important account emails reach you.

Visit redbeltgym.com.
Sign in to your account.
If an orange banner asks you to verify your email, click Verify email on the banner and follow the link in the email you receive.
To check your status, click Setup in the left-side menu, then click Gym Details under Gym & account.
Look under your school name. Organization email verified means you're all set.
Your Organization email is shown on the same card.

How long does the verification link work?

The verification link lasts for 1 hour. If it expires, request a new one from the banner.

What if I can't find the verification email?

Check your spam folder. To keep Red Belt emails out of spam, add emails from mail.redbeltgym.com to your safe senders list.

How do I change my organization email?

The organization email is locked in the Edit gym details window because it's your sign-in and billing email. Contact Red Belt support to change it.
