Step-by-step help for confirming your registered email, resending verification links, and completing the Red Belt account martial arts CRM setup.

- Log into your account.
- Click the Verify email button on the orange banner.
- Click the Edit Icon.
- Update the Gym Details.
- Click Save.
- Click the blue Verify link to send the verification email. The verification email expires after 1 hour.
- Check your email for the verification email.
- Click the Verify Your Email button. If you’ve been logged out, log into your account to finish verification.
A green verified checkmark shows next to your organization email after verification.

How do I resend the verification link?
If the verification link expires you can resend it by clicking the blue Verify link on the gym details screen.
How long does the verification link work?
The verification link only lasts for 1 hour. If it expires you can resend it by clicking the blue Verify link on the gym details screen.
It’s been 30 minutes and I still don’t have the verification email...
If you didn’t receive the verification email after 30 minutes edit the gym details to delete the email completely, re-type it, click the save button, and then click the blue Verify link. Check your inbox and spam folders for the verification email. The verification link only lasts 1 hour.
What if I can’t find the verification email?
If you can’t find the verification email be sure to check your spam folder. To keep Red Belt emails from being sent to spam ensure you white list support@redbeltsoftware.com.
