The bell icon at the top of every page collects your Red Belt Gym notifications in one place, grouped by type.

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click the bell icon at the top right. The number on the bell is how many unread notifications you have.
  4. The Notifications panel shows each group with its unread count:
    • General
    • Payments
    • Checked In (Need To See & Past Due)
    • Rank Upgrade
    • Staff Time Clock
    • Products
  5. Click View All next to a group to see its notifications, with how long ago each one came in. Opening a group doesn't mark anything as read.
  6. Click a notification to open it. This marks it as read and lowers the number on the bell. Payments, Checked In and Rank Upgrade notifications open that person's profile, so you can follow up, collect payment or recommend their next step.
  7. Click Back to return to the list of groups.A group's notifications and the Back button
  8. To mark every notification as read at once, click Mark all as read.
  9. Click the X to close the panel. The Mark all as read link and the X that closes the panel

What the Groups Mean

  • General and Payments: alerts about your account and your students' payments. Click a payment notification to open that person's profile.
  • Checked In (Need To See & Past Due): a student who owes money just checked in. It lets your staff know they're in the gym right now, so you can collect the payment or get new card or bank details if theirs has expired.
  • Rank Upgrade: students who are eligible for their next rank or stripe.
  • Staff Time Clock: alerts from the staff time clock. See our article on using the staff time clock.
  • Products: stock alerts, such as when a product or one of its variants is out of stock. See our article on managing product inventory.
