Complete an Appointment
Completing an appointment marks the lead's contact type as "showed" which helps with follow-up procedures. If an appointment is not completed after the date and time has passed the person is automatically marked as a "no show" unless retroactively marked as complete.
- On your computer, go to your Account
- Click Appointment in the left-side menu.
- Select the appointment from the calendar.
- Click Complete Appointment.
Reschedule an Appointment
When you update the date and time of an appointment, the lead's contact type maintained as "appointment" which helps with follow-up procedures.
- On your computer, go to your Account
- Click Appointment in the left-side menu.
- Select the appointment from the calendar.
- Click Reschedule.
- Select a Date & Time.
- Type a reason for the reschedule in the Note box.
- Click the check mark to save or the X to cancel changes.
- Optional: Edit the agenda by clicking the edit icon. Then click the check mark to save or the X to cancel changes.
Cancel an Appointment
If you experience a scheduling conflict you can void an appointment. When you do so the lead returns to its last known contact type whether that is "lead" or "no show".
- On your computer, go to your Account
- Click Appointment in the left-side menu.
- Select the appointment from the calendar.
- Click Cancel Appointment.
- Type a reason for the cancellation in the Note box.
- Click Yes to cancel the appointment or click No to leave assigned.
