Make a Call

Call a student or lead from their profile using your browser.

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com on your computer.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click Contacts in the left-side menu, then search for the contact and click their name.
  4. Click Call at the top of the contact's profile. You can also click Inbox under Messages & sales, then click Call next to Reply by.
  5. The first time you call from your browser, it asks for permission to use your microphone. Click Allow.
  6. Talk through your computer's microphone and speakers. Hang up when you're done.

The call is listed in the contact's Inbox. If call recording is on, the recording appears in the contact's Recordings.

Call Someone From Any Page

Click the phone icon at the top of any page to call a number that isn't saved, or a contact without opening their profile.

Why can't the contact hear me?

Make sure your browser has permission to use your microphone and that the right microphone is selected in your computer's sound settings.

Are calls recorded?

If call recording is enabled, recordings appear in Recordings and on the contact's Recordings section. See our article on reviewing call recordings and AI analysis.

What number does the contact see?

Calls come from your school's Red Belt Gym number. See our article on managing phone numbers and call settings.
