Students can check themselves in at your front desk portal or from the student app. Staff can also check a student in from the student's profile.

Check In a Student From Their Profile

  1. Visit redbeltgym.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click Contacts in the left-side menu, then search for the student and click their name.
  4. Under Classes & progress, click Attendance, then click Check in.Attendance on a student's profile and the Check in button

The Attendance section also shows the student's check-ins this week and this month, their total, and their current streak. Switch between List, Month and Week to see their history, and use All programs to show one program at a time. Each check-in shows whether it came from the kiosk, the student app or staff.

See Who Checked In

  1. Click Attendance in the left-side menu. The Attendance tab opens on a calendar. Each day shows how many members attended, for example 23 Member(s) attended.
  2. Hover over a day's attendance to see that day's classes and how many people checked in to each.
  3. Click a class to see everyone who checked in: their name, the date, the check-in time and how they checked in.

Use the arrows to change the month, or click List or Day for other views.
