Detailed financial insights are managed through the specialized Reports module.
- On your computer, go to your Account
- Click Reports in the left-side menu.
- Click the individual report tiles to view the available report.
- Select a year using the dropS-down menu to view accumulated annual data.
- Click the download icon to save a report as a PDF.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why do my numbers not match what I expected?
Differences usually come from how active vs inactive members are defined, timing of cancellations, or delayed updates in records. Reviewing recent membership changes typically explains discrepancies.
Will these reports replace manual tracking or spreadsheets?
That is the goal. The reporting system is designed to eliminate the need for external tracking by giving you accurate, real-time insights directly inside Red Belt Gym.
