Common Questions & Troubleshooting
What are contact types?
A contact type is a classification label used to facilitate better filtering, reporting, and targeted communication. The contact types are:
- Lead: new contact without an active plan
- Member: new or long-term student with an active plan
- Trial: new or short-term student with a limited active plan
- Former Member: old contact with an expired or canceled
- Frozen: short or long-term member with a paused plan
Contact types change automatically based on activity. Use types to filter your contacts and find leads, paying members, paused accounts, and former members.
