Create Training Paths

Build video and PDF lessons, group them into training paths and challenges, and assign them to students automatically.

By Red Belt Team | Last Update: October 31, 2026

The Training management system lets you build lessons for your students, put them in order as training paths, run day-by-day challenges, and set rules that assign them automatically. Students see their assigned trainings in the student app.

The page has four tabs:

  • Trainings: single lessons, each with a video link and/or PDF files.
  • Training paths: trainings in a set order, such as a white belt program.
  • Challenges: programs that run for a set number of days, with content for each day.
  • Criteria: rules that assign content to students automatically, based on rank or attendance.
