Common Questions & Troubleshooting

How do I assign a program to a student?

Read our article for assigning a program to your contacts.

How do I create a standard contract or trial program?

Read our article for creating a membership program to build weekly, monthly, and yearly membership contracts for your school.

Why are my students being double-billed?

Chances are they are not being double-billed. When a program has different start and first payment dates and is set to auto-renew, payments may occur close together. This happens because the renewal is calculated from the program start date, not the first payment date. If this isn’t your intention, set the program start date and first payment date to the same day to prevent it.
